KithCart is a Second Life community site. We keep only what we need to run the service — nothing more.

• Real life name, email address, or location — nothing
• OTP codes — they auto-delete after 5 minutes
• Payment information of any kind

• Your data is never sold or shared with third parties
• It is used only to power features on this site
• Stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (US-based)

• You can request full account deletion at any time via an admin
• Deleting your account removes your posts and all stored data
• You can update or clear your profile at any time

By registering or using Kith & Cart (“the Site”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not register or use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old to register. By creating an account you confirm you are 18 or older. Accounts may only represent a single Second Life avatar and must be registered by the avatar’s owner.

You are solely and entirely responsible for every piece of content you post, link, share, or otherwise cause to appear on the Site — including all finds, text, comments, linked images, and external URLs. Linking to an image rather than uploading it does not reduce or transfer your responsibility. “I only linked it” is not a defence.

You must not post, link to, or otherwise contribute content that:

• Depicts, promotes, or distributes sexual content involving minors (CSAM) — this is an absolute prohibition. Violations will result in immediate permanent ban and referral to relevant authorities.
• Contains non-consensual intimate or pornographic imagery of real persons
• Is illegal under applicable law
• Harasses, threatens, or targets specific individuals
• Is spam, fraudulent, or impersonates another person or organisation
• Violates the intellectual property rights of others

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, at any time, with or without notice, and for any reason or no reason at all, to:

• Deny, suspend, or permanently terminate any account
• Remove, hide, blur, or flag any content
• Restrict access to any feature or part of the Site
• Ban any user temporarily or permanently

We are under no obligation to explain moderation decisions. Disagreeing with a decision is not grounds for reinstatement. We may act on member reports, our own review, or simply our judgement of what is best for the community.

Members may report content they believe violates these Terms. Reported content may be automatically hidden pending moderator review. Repeated reports against a user’s content may result in automatic account suspension pending moderator review. Misuse of the report system to harass other members is itself a violation of these Terms.

New accounts may be subject to a probationary period during which certain features are limited. Probationary status, duration, and early-promotion criteria are at the administrators’ discretion.

By posting content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content as part of operating the Site. You retain ownership. You may delete your content at any time, subject to moderation holds.

The Site may display images and links hosted on third-party services (such as Gyazo or Second Life Marketplace). We do not control third-party content and are not responsible for it.

The Site is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees of availability, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose. We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Site.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
